Lesní zvěř is a Czech instrumental trio - keyboards (Jiří Hradil), drums (Martin Čech) and trumpet (Marek Steyer) - working in the nu-jazz genre. Formed around the turn of the millennium, the band has moved from improvisational experimentalism toward a more stripped-back chamber sound. Their collaboration with Horňácká muzika Petra Mičky shaped their debut album and gave rise to the side project Hrubá Hudba.
