Laura Ugur is an Irish traditional fiddle player from West Cork whose style is rooted in the Sliabh Luachra tradition - the music of the upland region where Cork, Kerry and Limerick meet. She began playing at nine under John Coakley, a former member of Boys of the Lough, and later earned a first-class honours degree in Irish Music and Dance from the University of Limerick. Now based in Co. Clare, she founded Burren Fiddle Holidays in 2016.
