Laura Mega is an Italian artist born in Rome, working between Rome and New York. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome and the University of Image in Milan. Her practice centres on fabric - combining embroidery, print, and text - to probe feminist, social, and political questions. She has shown at MACRO in Rome, the Venice Architecture Biennale, and the Sejong Museum of Art in Seoul, among others.
