British blues and soul vocalist Kyla Brox performs with Czech and British musicians in an intimate venue setting.
Kyla Brox is a British blues and soul singer born on 3 June 1980 in Stockport, Greater Manchester. She grew up in a musical household - her father Victor Brox was a blues singer and both parents appeared on the original 1970 recording of Jesus Christ Superstar. She first performed on stage at twelve in her father's Victor Brox Blues Train, and from 2001 has led her own Kyla Brox Band. She won the UK Blues Challenge in 2018 and the European Blues Challenge in 2019; the UK Blues Federation named her an official Ambassador of UK Blues in 2016.
