The railway modelling club from Jesenice u Rakovníka was founded in 1963 as a general modelling circle at the local school, and a year later became a dedicated railway club - now the second oldest of its kind in the Czech Republic. Around twenty members, from children to adults, build layouts mainly in H0 scale (1:87). The club holds regular exhibitions where its fifty-metre layout spills out into the school corridor, and its younger members have picked up prizes at international competitions.
