Jiří Šoltis is a guitarist from Opava who trained at the Opava conservatory. He works across jazz, soul and folk - in the duo Kučová & Šoltis he builds live loops of guitar harmonies and bass lines, and he co-founded the project My Dva Trio. His playing is known for its harmonic sensitivity and attention to tone colour.
