Jiří Holoubek (born 1975, Prague) is a Czech guitarist, singer, flautist and radio presenter on Český rozhlas Dvojka. He trained as a concert flautist at the Military Conservatory in Roudnice nad Labem and co-founded the bluegrass band Reliéf before joining Spirituál kvintet in 2004, where he stayed until the group disbanded in 2021. He then helped establish Spirituál kvartet, which carries on the folk legacy of its predecessor.
