Janusz Klimsza is a theatre director and actor of Polish origin. He studied acting at the State Theatre Academy in Wrocław and theatre directing at DAMU in Prague. He served as artistic director of Divadlo Petra Bezruče in Ostrava (2001-2004) and then of the drama ensemble at the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre (2004-2008), where he has worked as a resident director since 2008. He directs in Czech and Polish theatres and also creates stage designs and theatrical adaptations.
