Four outstanding tenors perform the finest pieces from their repertoire in a unique concert.
Jan Kříž (born 19 September 1985 in Liberec) is a Czech actor, singer, director and set designer. He has won the Thalia Award twice in the musical category - for Danny in Grease and the older Michal in Children of Eden - and in the 2018/2019 season played Count Krolock at Berlin's Stage Theater des Westens. Since 2017 he has been a member of the vocal quartet 4 Tenoři, the first Czech musical ensemble to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York.
4 Tenoři made their solo debut on December 6, 2025 at the Prague O2 Arena with a Christmas program Christmas Wish in front of 12,000 spectators and that same evening received a Gold Record for their Christmas album.
4 Tenoři released their fourth album Christmas on November 7, 2025 with the publisher Supraphon, for which they received a Gold Record.
Jan Kříž received a shortlist nomination in October 2025 for the Thalia Prize for the role of Maxim de Winter in the musical Rebecca at the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Plzen.
In May 2025, the musical Rebecca premiered at the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Plzen, in which Jan Kříž played the title role of Maxim de Winter.
4 Tenoři made their debut on May 23, 2024 in the Zankel Hall of New York's Carnegie Hall as the first Czech musical artists on this stage.
