About
Gideon Klein was a Czech Jewish composer and pianist (1919–1945), associated with Czech musical modernism. He studied at the Prague Conservatory and composed chamber music, songs, and piano works. He perished in the Fürstengrube concentration camp shortly before the end of World War II.
