František Roland (1888-1967) was a Czech actor who spent nearly four decades at the National Theatre in Prague, specialising in character and comic roles. On screen he is best remembered as the loyal valet Ronald in Martin Frič's comedy Baron Prášil (1940) alongside Vlasta Burian. He was awarded the title of Merited Artist in recognition of his career.
