Ferenc Farkas (1905–2000) was a Hungarian composer whose output spans orchestral, chamber, and vocal music. He studied with Ottorino Respighi in Rome and later taught at the Budapest Academy of Music. He is particularly noted for his wind and chamber works, which blend Hungarian folk elements with a neoclassical European style.
