Emma Smetana (born 1988, Prague) is a Czech-French singer-songwriter, actress and journalist. She studied political science at Sciences Po Paris and Freie Universität Berlin before anchoring the main news on TV Nova (2012-2016) and hosting interviews at DVTV (2017-2020). Musically she works across pop, soul and indie rock - both solo and as the duo Emma Smetana & Jordan Haj, earning multiple Cena Anděl nominations. She has appeared in films by Jiří Menzel and Agnieszka Holland, and in August 2024 hosted the Czech House at the Paris Olympic Games.
