Edita Randová (born 28 December 1965, Prague) is a Czech mezzo-soprano who has performed on every continent, including at Carnegie Hall and on stages in Italy, Mexico, Australia and China. She launched her career at the Hudební divadlo Karlín and the State Opera Prague before becoming a guest artist at numerous international venues. In 2009 she received the Gustav Mahler European Prize for outstanding contribution to music, and she founded the international festival Tóny nad městy, which she continues to direct as its artistic head.
Edita Randová will perform on October 13, 2026 in Děčín as part of the Tóny nad městy festival together with harpist Stanía Ramešová.
In the 22nd season of the Tóny nad městy festival, Randová opened the program in the Prague church of St. Clement, where she sang Dvořák's Biblical Songs with organist Jan Kalfus.
The Tóny nad městy festival entered its 24th season; Randová performed on November 6 at the Vysočany town hall in Prague 9.
In 2009 she received the European Gustav Mahler Prize for outstanding contribution to music and made her debut as Maddalena in Verdi's Rigoletto in Mexico.
