Divadlo Exil is an amateur theatre ensemble based in Pardubice, founded at the start of 2000. Its roughly forty actors and directors come from all walks of life - nurses, journalists, students - and meet after their day jobs to rehearse and perform. The company focuses on contemporary drama and original texts, and its intimate home stage keeps performers and audience unusually close.
