Disfigured Corpse are a Czech grind/death metal band founded in July 1991 in the Ostrava/Havířov area. They rank among the earliest bands to play extreme grindcore in Czechoslovakia, and over more than three decades have released five full-length albums while touring extensively across Europe. The band has gone through several breakups and reunions, most recently returning in 2016 with their original lineup.
