Death Angel is a thrash metal band from San Francisco, formed in 1982. Their debut album The Ultra-Violence (1987) quickly established them as one of the genre's key acts, known for blistering riffs and relentless energy. After splitting up in the 1990s, the band reunited and has been touring and recording steadily ever since.
