Dana Homolová (born 19 December 1951 in Prague) is a Czech actress with a career spanning more than fifty years in theatre, television and film. The daughter of actor Miroslav Homola and National Theatre ballerina Emílie, she graduated from DAMU in 1974 and spent twenty-one years at the Divadlo Jaroslava Průchy in Kladno, building a reputation mainly in comic roles. In 2009 she founded her own touring company, Fanny agentura, for which she writes, rehearses and performs comedies across the country.
In December 2024, Homolová celebrated the premiere of the detective comedy Ghost Against Her Will at the U hasičů Theatre, while also marking 50 years on stage.
In an interview with Czech Radio (September 2024), Homolová described the functioning of the Fanny agency and confirmed that the play Marital Quadrangle in the Mountains has already had 140 performances.
The Fanny agency continued touring with the new production Ghost Against Her Will - in November 2025 it was presented, for example, in Suchdole nad Lužnicí.
For the 2026-27 season, the Fanny agency with a new play (Petr Rychlý, Michaela Badinková, Dana Homolová, Jakub Zindulka) is included in the program of the Municipal Theatre in Mladá Boleslav.
