CheckPoint is a Prague rock band founded in 2004, originally rooted in crossover and gradually shifting toward melodic rock with witty, humour-driven lyrics. Since 2017 the band has operated as a four-piece: frontman Tomáš "ToM" Chrudimský (vocals, guitar), Jakub Šmatlák (guitar), Sláva Safonkin (bass) and Martin Lachman (drums). Their fifth studio album, Návštěva z vesmíru (2019), was the first record fully fronted by Chrudimský, who had stepped up from guitarist to singer. The band has toured as a support act for Czech rock heavyweights Škwor and Harlej.
CheckPoint performed a concert in Plzen, which the band announced on Facebook in April 2026.
The band has scheduled a performance on June 6, 2026 at the Summer Stage in Újezdě u Přelouče.
