Bloody Obsession is a Czech death metal band from Orlová in the Moravian-Silesian Region, playing since 2007. Their sound sits firmly in the old-school tradition - blunt, driven, with lyrics circling apocalypse, war and anti-Christianity - and draws comparisons to Deicide and Obituary. Five full-length albums to their name, the latest being Inevitable Death (2020), released independently via Bandcamp.
Bloody Obsession are confirmed for the Mělnický výběr festival (30. 5. 2026) together with bands Fleshless, Exorcizphobia and others.
The band performed at the Apocalyptic Form of Death Metal 2024 festival alongside Slovak bands Doomas, Nahum and F.O.B.
After the release of the album Inevitable Death (2020), the band continues in a four-member lineup: Walter Morbid (guitar), Pentaroth (bass guitar), Ovarus (drums) and Rawar (vocals).
