Bandjeez is a pop-rock band from Frýdek-Místek in Moravia, formed in 2011 as the backing group for singer-songwriter David Stypka. After Stypka's death in January 2021, the band joined forces with singer-songwriter Kateřina Marie Tichá, releasing the album Plamen (2024) and touring extensively across the Czech Republic. The lineup consists of Matěj Drabina (drums), Pavel Sotoniak (keys), Maro Zeman (bass) and Matouš Rohovský (guitar).
Bandjeez were nominated for the Jantar 2026 awards together with the legacy of David Stypka.
A feature-length documentary film Don't Be Afraid, Breathe, Enchant (directed by Dan Svátek) about David Stypka entered cinemas, with its premieres accompanied by mini-concerts of Bandjeez.
