Anette Olzon is a Swedish singer best known as the lead vocalist of Finnish symphonic metal band Nightwish from 2007 to 2012, during which she recorded the albums Dark Passion Play and Imaginaerum. Since leaving the band she has built a solo career across three studio albums - Shine (2014), Strong (2021) and Rapture (2024) - while also fronting the Finnish heavy metal project The Dark Element alongside guitarist Jani Liimatainen.
