About

Anacreon are a five-piece melodic metal band from Prague, singing exclusively in Czech, active since 2012. Their frontwoman Veronika Krejzová (born Zelníčková), a conservatory-trained singer and TV actress, is the band's most recognisable face. Three studio albums - Daná doba (2012), Na hraně osudu (2015) and Svědomí (2019) - and appearances at major Czech festivals like Masters of Rock mark their career so far.
