Tourist Line T3 Operation
Historic railway Zubrnická museální železnice runs the T3 tourist line on weekends, Sundays, and public holidays from March through November.
Zubrnická museální železnice is a volunteer association that since 1993 has been preserving and operating the historic 1890 local railway between Velké Březno and Lovečkovice. The line was closed in 1978, restored in 2010, and the Velké Březno - Lovečkovice section has been a listed cultural monument since 1998. Tourist line T3 climbs the second steepest railway in the Czech Republic into the České středohoří highlands, and at the terminus in Zubrnice visitors find a railway museum with a period waiting room, a railcar exhibition featuring vehicles from the films Closely Watched Trains and Rebelové, and a scale model of Levín station.
