About the venue

Zoo Ostrava is one of the largest zoological gardens in the Czech Republic, covering more than 100 hectares in Slezská Ostrava. It houses over 400 animal species from around the world and is particularly noted for breeding rare animals such as the southern white rhinoceros. The zoo also features educational trails and children's playgrounds.
