Blatná Railway Station

About the venue

Blatná railway station sits in the north-western part of the town in Strakonice District, close to the Lomnice river. It serves two non-electrified single-track lines - Nepomuk-Blatná and Březnice-Strakonice. The station opened on 11 June 1899, built by the Strakonice-Blatná-Březnice local railway company to a standard design of the period. The town bus station stands right next to it.
