Michal Horák performs at Nova Civitas in Nové Město na Moravě.
Vratislavovo náměstí is the historic core of Nové Město na Moravě, named after Vratislav of Pernštejn, during whose rule the town reached its greatest prosperity. The elongated, slightly irregular square is lined mostly with single-storey burgher houses rebuilt after the great fire of 1801. At its centre stands the church of St. Kunhuta, its façade covered with sgraffito by Karel Němec from the 1930s; on the eastern side rises a late-16th-century Renaissance castle, now home to the Horácká galerie. Sculptures by local artists - among them works by Jan Štursa and a statue of Vratislav of Pernštejn by Karel Dvořák - are scattered across the square.
