Vlastivědné muzeum v Šumperku (Regional Museum of Šumperk), the largest museum in the Šumperk region, is housed in the Pavlínin dvůr complex – a Neo-Renaissance palace in the city centre. Founded in 1896, its permanent exhibition spans 11 halls covering the nature and history of northwestern Moravia from prehistory to the 20th century. The museum also runs branches in Zábřeh, Mohelnice, Úsov and Loštice.
