About the venue

Sběrky is the tasting venue of the family-run Vinotéka u zámku wine shop, which has been based in Brandýs nad Labem since 2002. The space on S. K. Neumanna street was converted from a former scrap-collection yard - before the war the site held farm buildings and an inn, with horse-drawn carts passing through on their way to the nearby castle. Today it hosts themed wine and spirits tastings as well as food-pairing evenings; there are no fixed opening hours, as the venue operates solely by prior arrangement.
