About the venue
Wallenstein Palace is an early Baroque palace built in the 1620s for the imperial generalissimo Albrecht von Wallenstein. It has housed the Czech Senate since 1998. The grand ceremonial halls and the adjoining garden - with its geometric pond and bronze copies of Adriaen de Vries sculptures - are regularly open to the public and host exhibitions and cultural events.
