The Baroque refectory of the Dominican Convent of St. Giles sits within one of Prague's oldest monastic complexes, with roots going back to the 13th century. Originally the monks' dining hall, the vaulted, fresco-decorated space now hosts concerts, lectures and private events. The mix of Gothic and Baroque architecture gives the room a distinctly historical feel.
