About the venue

The basement of the visitor centre at the neo-Gothic Státní zámek Sychrov serves as an exhibition space reached from the castle courtyard. The château has been in state care since 1950, was owned by the French Rohan family from 1820, and has held the status of a national cultural monument since 1995. The underground rooms host both temporary and permanent exhibitions alongside the guided tours of the castle interiors.
