Studio Ypsilon (nicknamed Ypsilonka) is a leading Prague author's theatre founded by Jan Schmid in Liberec in 1963. Since 1978 it has been housed in the early-functionalist Olympic Palace on Spálená Street. Productions blend grotesque and naturalistic expression, live music, singing and collective improvisation. The venue has a Main Stage (180 seats) and a Small Stage (120–148 seats).
