Střelecký ostrov (Shooters' Island) is a small island on the Vltava river in central Prague, accessible by a footbridge from the embankment. Historically used as a shooting range by Prague burghers, it today hosts open-air festivals, summer cinema screenings, and various cultural events in a pleasant park setting with views of the National Theatre.
