About the venue

The Central Bohemian Museum occupies the chateau in Roztoky, just above the Vltava river near Prague. Its permanent exhibitions cover archaeology, the natural history of the region and local history, alongside temporary exhibitions and educational programmes for schools and the public. The chateau park surrounding the building is a popular spot for walks.
