About the venue

The Spanish Synagogue in Prague is the youngest of the Josefov synagogues, built in 1868–1893 in a Moorish Revival style inspired by the Alhambra. Its interior is richly decorated with arabesque ornaments and gilded stucco. Today it forms part of the Jewish Museum in Prague and hosts permanent exhibitions and classical music concerts.
