About the venue

The Sokolovna of TJ Sokol Dobšice is a multi-purpose hall in the village of Dobšice near Znojmo. Run by the local Sokol sports association, it doubles as the main social venue for the village. Dance parties, theatre and entertainment shows, and community celebrations take place here - including the traditional harvest-festival dance and the Shrovetide evening that closes the annual Dobšice wine-cellar trail. The complex also has a small pub.
