About the venue

Rohde & Schwarz Vimperk is the Czech production and development plant of the German technology group of the same name, operating in Vimperk since 2001. The plant manufactures electronic test and measurement instruments - oscilloscopes, signal generators and spectrum analyzers - and is one of the largest employers in the region, with over 1,000 staff. The site occasionally hosts public events such as open days and technical conferences for educators and students.
