A celebration of 20 years of RockOpera Praha, 40 years of King Size, and Viktor Hait's 70th birthday, featuring live performances and an exhibition.
RockOpera Praha is a music theatre in the Holešovice market hall (Pražská tržnice) that has staged rock operas since 1999, combining hard rock with dramatic storytelling. The ensemble, which took its current name in 2012, adapts classic stories - from ancient Antigone and Faust to Norse mythology. A live band performs on stage throughout each show, alongside fire acts, aerial acrobatics and physical theatre. The brick industrial hall houses an amphitheatre-style auditorium that wraps around a central stage on three sides.
