Polabské a pojizerské farmářské trhy run a weekly market on náměstí Přemyslovců in Nymburk, organised under the town's patronage. Every Thursday from 8:00 to roughly 14:00 (or until stocks run out), stalls sell fresh meat, charcuterie, dairy, fish, baked goods, vegetables, fruit, honey, wine, spices and handmade crafts.
