Polabské a pojizerské farmářské trhy run an outdoor farmers' market every Saturday morning on náměstí 30. června in Milovice, organised in cooperation with the town. Growers, breeders and primary producers sell fresh vegetables and fruit, cheese, baked goods, cold cuts, honey, wine, flowers and fish products. The same network operates at seven locations across the Polabí and Pojizeří regions.
