About the venue

The Jahody SCHWENK strawberry plantation in Uhříněves sits between Bečovská street and the Podleský pond, opening for self-picking each year from late May. The family business has been growing strawberries for nearly 50 years, cultivating varieties such as Sonata, El Santa, Dar Select and Eliani on raised rows. Pre-picked strawberries are also available to buy at the on-site stand. The season runs roughly until the end of July, with exact opening days depending on weather and ripeness.
