Planetárium Praha, located in the Stromovka park in Holešovice, is the largest planetarium in the Czech Republic. Opened in 1960, it offers projections of the night sky and popular science programmes about astronomy and space. Its dome, 23 metres in diameter, seats up to 250 visitors.
