About the venue

Penzion Na Čechách sits on the bank of the Svratka river in the hamlet of Lačnov near Polička, on the edge of the Žďárské vrchy protected landscape area. It was converted from a former farm building belonging to the Borovnice village court - the name recalls that the river here marks the old boundary between Bohemia and Moravia. The guesthouse has five en-suite rooms, a restaurant with a fireplace, a lounge and a wine bar; the adjacent Kamenná galerie hosts exhibitions, workshops and weddings. A working farm with horses, sheep, goats and poultry is part of the property.
