About the venue

The Renaissance castle at Nelahozeves, on the Vltava river north of Prague, is one of the best-preserved buildings of its kind in Bohemia. Built in the second half of the 16th century, it is now owned by the Lobkowicz family, whose collection of paintings, musical instruments and period furniture is on permanent display. The village is also the birthplace of composer Antonín Dvořák.
