About the venue

Metro Comedy Club, which opened in 2022 on Malostranské náměstí, is the first venue in the Czech Republic built specifically for stand-up comedy. It was co-founded by comedians Kristýna Haklová and Katie Andersen and hosts both local talent and internationally touring acts. Most shows are in English, with occasional Czech and other-language nights. The bar serves beer from Vinohradský Pivovar.
