About the venue

Lom ČSA near Vysoká Pec is a vast former open-cast brown-coal mine in the Krušné hory (Ore Mountains), one of the largest of its kind in the country. Since mining wound down, the site has taken on a second life as a venue for open-air events - motocross races, music festivals and outdoor film screenings among them. The raw, industrial landscape makes for a striking backdrop.
