About the venue
KTD (Kulturní a tělovýchovný dům) in Držkov occupies a former Sokol gymnasium built before 1900, now used as the village community centre. In 2013 the building was extensively renovated for over 8 million CZK, with new heating, insulation and a new facade. The venue hosts balls, children's carnivals, concerts and the traditional St. Bartholomew's fair, as well as occasional music festivals.
