About the venue

Křeménky is a woodland venue with a historic gamekeeper's lodge on the southern edge of Bolatice. The timber lodge was built in 1901 at the initiative of Emperor Wilhelm II as a rest stop during pheasant hunts. Today the Křeménky hunting association manages the grounds and uses them mainly for cultural events, the best known being the annual Bolatické křeménky country and folk music festival.
