About the venue

The Premonstratensian monastery in Chotěšov was founded in the 13th century and ranks among the most significant medieval monastic complexes in western Bohemia. Dissolved during the Josephine reforms, it fell into disrepair and is now being gradually restored. Visitors can tour the monastery church, the convent buildings, and the wider grounds with their baroque elements.
